Refund Policy & Cancellation policy
All membership purchases on JAIN SAGPAN are final. The Service Provider does not refund or cancel any membership fees. Membership is co-extensive with profile. Membership profiles expire as soon as they are deleted or not, and cannot be reactivated. No refunds will be made if the profile is deleted or deactivated or terminated. Any exceptions to the refund policy will be made at the sole discretion of the spouse. Only in the case when the user upgrades to a higher package, then Spouse Management may decide to adjust the money for unused months. No refunds will be given if you upgrade in the last month of the membership plan
Activation of Package
Ideally, for online payment using Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking, the account/membership plan will be activated within 24-48 hours. If you are using case/cheque/draft, then the account/membership plan will be activated within 48 hours after the payment realization in Service Provider account. In case of Public holidays/National Holidays/Bank Holidays or in case of any technical issue in payment clearance this activation may take some more
Refund Policy
If you have paid 2 times then you will get 1 payment refund and if you want to change the plan then you will be refunded according to the number of days you used the first plan but before that you have to activate the new plan. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Cancellation policy
If you want to discontinue the services (benefits of this pack) at any point of time, you can still enjoy listed paid benefits till the end of that year of membership. On your request, the membership will be discontinued from the next year onwards. Under no circumstances refunds would be made if membership is cancelled at any point in time. Maximum package validity is 1 years or user's marriage, whichever is earlier.
SAGPAN Matrimony reserves the right to discontinue the product at any time. However, if you have already bought the product, you'll continue to enjoy the benefits till the period specified.
